Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
For 14 days, you have all the modules of the Réseau plan, with no payment method. At the end, you choose your plan. If you do not choose, the account becomes read-only: nothing is deleted.
When am I billed?
On the anniversary date of your subscription, every month or every year. The invoice shows the period covered, for example from 15/09 to 14/10.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time from your account. An upgrade is immediate, prorated for the remaining days. A downgrade applies at the next renewal.
What happens if I pay late?
You receive reminders before and after the due date. After 14 days overdue, the account becomes read-only: you can view and export everything, and your students keep their space. Everything is restored as soon as you pay.
Opening a new center mid-month?
You add it yourself. With the Réseau plan, each center beyond 3 costs 10,000 FCFA per month, prorated for the first period.
